ken.fm（以下「運営者」）は、位置情報の記録・共有サービス「TripHopper」（PWA アプリ、WordPress プラグイン、ライセンスの仕組みを含みます。以下「本サービス」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを、次のとおり定めます。
1. 集める情報
- 記録の情報：位置（緯度・経度）、場所の名前、日時、コメント、写真・動画、ハッシュタグ、Trip Code
- アカウントの情報：ユーザー名（URL に使う名前）、表示名、公開範囲の設定、アプリの鍵、パスキーの公開鍵、フォロー・フォロワーの関係
- お店についての情報：「この場所は…」の投票、「行きたい」、「閉業していた」のお知らせ
- お支払いの情報：有料プランをお申し込みの方のメールアドレス、ライセンスキー、契約の状態 （カード番号は決済代行の Stripe が受け取り、運営者は受け取りません）
- 自動で記録される情報：サーバーへの接続の記録（IP アドレス、ブラウザの種類、日時）、端末の中に保存する設定（ログインの状態・表示の設定など）
2. 使う目的
- 記録を保存し、地図や一覧に表示するため
- 公開範囲に応じて、ほかの利用者に記録を表示するため
- 「刺さりそうな場所」などで、お店の情報や「みんなの投稿」を表示するため
- コメントを、見る人の言語に翻訳して表示するため
- 有料プランの契約・お支払い・ライセンスの確認のため
- 不正な利用を防ぎ、障害を調べ、本サービスを良くするため
- お問い合わせに答えるため
3. ほかの利用者に見える情報
- 公開範囲が「全員に公開」の方の記録（位置・場所の名前・日時・コメント・写真・表示名）は、だれでも見られます。
- 「全員に公開」の方の記録のうち写真・コメント・表示名・投稿した年月は、同じ場所のお店の情報を見た人に「みんなの投稿」として表示されることがあります。
- 位置をぼかした記録は、丁目のあたりまでの位置で表示し、「みんなの投稿」には表示しません。
- 「フォロワーのみ」の方の記録は、承認したフォロワーだけが見られます。「自分だけ」の方の記録は、ご本人だけが見られます。
- 写真は、公開範囲にかかわらず、写真のアドレス（URL）を知っている人は見られる場所に保存しています。アドレスは推測しにくいものにしています。
4. 外部のサービスに送る情報
本サービスは、次のサービスに必要な情報だけを送ります。いくつかは日本の外にあるサービスです。

各国の個人情報の保護の制度は、個人情報保護委員会のウェブサイトで確かめられます。
5. 安全のための取り組み
- アプリの記録の位置・場所の名前は、暗号化して保存しています。
- 通信は暗号化（HTTPS）しています。
- 秘密の鍵やパスワードは、プログラムとは別の場所に保存しています。
- 毎日バックアップを取っています。
6. 第三者への提供
法律で定められた場合と、4. のサービスに送る場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。
7. 記録の削除・ご自身の情報の開示など
- 記録はアプリからいつでも直す・消すことができます（マイレージの記録は、位置・日時・Trip Code を変えられません）。
- アカウントの削除や、ご自身の情報の開示・訂正・利用の停止をご希望の方は、下のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確かめたうえで対応します。

ken.fm (the “Operator”) sets out below how it handles users’ information in Trip Hopper, a service for recording and sharing locations, including the PWA app, the WordPress plugin and the license system (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
- Your records: location (latitude and longitude), place name, date and time, comments, photos and videos, hashtags, Trip Code
- Your account: user name (used in your URL), display name, visibility setting, app key, passkey public key, who you follow and who follows you
- Information about places: “This place is…” votes, “Want to go”, and “Closed” reports
- Payment information: for paid plans, your email address, license key and subscription status (card numbers are received by our payment provider, Stripe, and never by the Operator)
- Collected automatically: server access logs (IP address, browser type, date and time) and settings stored on your device (sign-in state, display settings, etc.)
2. How we use it
- To save your records and show them on maps and lists
- To show your records to other users according to your visibility setting
- To show place information and “Posts here” in features such as “Picks nearby”
- To translate comments into the reader’s language
- To handle paid plans, payments and license checks
- To prevent misuse, investigate problems and improve the Service
- To answer your questions
3. What other users can see
- Records of users whose visibility is “Everyone” (location, place name, date and time, comments, photos, display name) can be seen by anyone.
- From those records, the photo, comment, display name and month of posting may appear under “Posts here” to people viewing information about the same place.
- Records with a blurred location are shown only to the neighborhood level and never appear under “Posts here”.
- Records of users set to “Followers only” are visible only to approved followers. Records set to “Only me” are visible only to you.
- Photos are stored where anyone who knows the photo’s address (URL) can view them, regardless of the visibility setting. These addresses are hard to guess.

The Service sends only the information each of the following services needs. Some of them are located outside Japan.

5. Security
- Locations and place names of app records are stored encrypted.
- All connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
- Secret keys and passwords are stored separately from the program.
- We take backups every day.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide your information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law and when sending to the services in section 4.
7. Deleting records and access to your information
- You can edit or delete your records in the app at any time (mileage records cannot change their location, date and time, or Trip Code).
- To delete your account, or to request access to, correction of, or suspension of use of your information, contact us below. We will respond after confirming your identity.

We will announce any changes on this page.
